Loyalty Reward Program Terms & Conditions

Purchases Eligible for Rewards

Rewards, points, or credits (collectively “Rewards”) under Sunright Corporation’s Loyalty Reward program may only be earned on eligible purchases, which are limited to those made at a Sunright Corporation (“Sunright”) store, an in-store kiosk, or directly through snrtea.com for pick up only.

Please note that rewards for Sunright Corporation’s Loyalty Reward program will not be given for sales made through any third-party website, platform, or third-party marketplace, whether for delivery or in-store pick up (e.g., Doordash, Postmates, Uber Eats). Because Sunright Corporation does not receive verified transaction data from these third parties, we are unable to validate such purchases or award rewards for them. Sunright Corporation bears no responsibility for the earning of rewards with any third-parties.

Sunright Corporation will confirm the origination of purchases. If a purchase can’t be confirmed as from an approved channel, rewards will be denied or removed.

No Cash Value / Non-Transferable / Non-Refundable

Rewards earned through Sunright Corporation’s Loyalty Reward program are promotional in nature and do not constitute property of the account holder.

Rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless explicitly stated otherwise or as required by applicable law. Rewards may only be redeemed towards eligible goods as determined by Sunright Corporation in its sole discretion. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be assigned, gifted, or inherited.

Program Changes or Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Rewards program at any time, with or without notice, at Sunright Corporation’s sole discretion. This includes, without limitation, changes to:

  • The rate at which Loyalty Rewards (“Rewards”) are earned,
  • The types of eligible purchases,
  • Redemption values or methods, and
  • The expiration or forfeiture policies.

In the event of program termination, we will provide reasonable notice and a limited time window during which you may redeem any remaining Rewards, unless prohibited by law.

Returns, Refunds, Reversals, or Disputes, Or Cancellations of Qualifying Transactions

  • If there is a chargeback dispute or cancellation of transaction(s) on which Rewards were earned, all Rewards earned on the associated transaction(s), regardless of whether the Loyalty Reward program’s account holder and the purchaser are the same, will be deducted from the Rewards Balance of the Loyalty Reward account that was credited.
  • We reserve the right to take your Reward Balance to a negative balance (i.e., a balance in your account of less than zero Points) due to returns, refunds, reversals, disputes, or cancellations of transaction(s). In such event you will not have redeemable Rewards until the balance of your account is greater than zero.
  • If you would like to request reinstatement of Rewards that were deducted because you believe they were not related to a return, refund, reversal, dispute, or cancellation of transaction(s), please fill out a request via the Contact Us form on our website under the subject line “Reward Point – Other Issues.” We will evaluate each request and reserve the right to make the final decision regarding reinstatement.

Account Closure, Inactivity, or Violations

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or deduct Rewards from your Loyalty Reward program account and/or terminate your Loyalty Reward account entirely, without compensation to you, if:

  • Your account is closed by you or by us;
  • Your account becomes inactive (i.e., there are no eligible transactions, logins, or redemptions) for 12 consecutive months.
  • There is fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity related to your account or use of the Loyalty Reward program. Your Loyalty Reward account and any and all access to Rewards will be suspended during any investigation of suspected misuse.
  • You violate any terms of this agreement or the terms of a related program, service, or purchase.
